Room size, breakfast, cleanliness, location, free parking!

Big spacious suite with all facilities and very comfortable beds, has basement parking, pool, gym, spa, sauna, restaurant, etc. Balad historical town is nearby and city is easily commutable as well during non-peak hours. It's actually an old property but personally loved it as it brought some childhood memories back, nostalgia!

Room was very clean and newly furnished, everything was new, pool is on duty, WIFI is fine Calm place.. location served my purposes and near taci station Soliman from rcp was helpful

Very big room but not too much space for my luggage n so I had to get another one bit smaller ..love the big lobby .nice atmosphere.

I would like to express my gratitude to Br Sulaiman, who helped with booking and registration. Also, Br. Ziyad who is manager in the hotel. I am grateful for their readiness to help and hospitality.

Mr Ahmed ziyad was very kind and accommodating and helpful with my sister who has phobia with the lifts and provided us with a room in the bottom floor. Thank you so much for everything from Saeed’s family.

The Team Was Too Friendly, They Treat Me Well And Provided Everything Before I Asked, The Tam Leader’s There Named : Suliman , Ahmed and Hashim . I want To Thank Them Especially For Their Treatments . On Of The Best Properties I Have Ever Been .
